Refund & Revision Policy
Every MUSUSKA song is custom-made from your own story, so our refund policy works a little differently than it would for a standard product. Here's exactly what's included and what to expect.
What's included
- One personalized song, written and produced from your story
- One simple revision, to adjust the song based on your feedback
- Digital delivery of your final audio file
Revisions
If your song doesn't feel right, tell us what to adjust and we'll revise it once at no extra cost. Please review your delivered song and request your revision within a reasonable time after delivery.
Refunds
Because each song is personalized and produced specifically for you, we're not able to offer refunds once production has started, except where required by law. If something goes wrong on our end — for example, a technical delivery failure or an order that doesn't match what you selected at checkout — contact us and we'll make it right, which may include a revision, a redo, or a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel before we've started production, contact us as soon as possible at hello@mususka.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
