This policy explains what information MUSUSKA collects when you order a personalized song, and how it's used. MUSUSKA is a one-time-purchase personalized music product — we don't require an account and we don't sell your information.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, and payment confirmation (processed by PayPal — we don't see or store your card details).
- Your story: the recipient's name, relationship, occasion, the story or memories you write for us, and your chosen style and voice.
How we use your information
Your story and order details are used solely to write, produce, and deliver your personalized song, and to send you order and delivery confirmations. We do not use your story for anyone else's order, and we do not share it with third parties except the services strictly needed to produce and deliver your song (for example, payment processing).
AI and creative technology
MUSUSKA uses creative technology and AI-assisted production to help transform your story into a personalized song. Your story may be processed by these tools as part of production, solely for the purpose of creating your song.
Data retention
We keep order and story information for as long as needed to produce your song, deliver it, and handle your included revision, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping.
